Unfortunately with our last release, and its instability, we were forced to roll back releases. Unfortunately in doing so, it would seem that our notification system has been broken somehow. Our engineers are working on this issue as quickly as possible. We hope to have a patch within the next day, so we can deploy our code and fix the notification system at the same time. Currently all notifications are being queued up so they can be processed as soon as the fix is pushed and verified to be working correctly.

I am really ready for christmas now. I wasn't feeling christmassy at all until the weekend, in which I mwent to London, and had to fight my way around Oxford street which is always fun, but I did manage to get all my shopping done, just got to wrap it all now.

And then I got home yesterday, and my profile has been littered with snowflake cookies so thankyou to everyone that's sent me one. It really cheered me up yesterday when I needed it. So thankyou again.

I'm at uni right now, and should really be using this time to write my history essay which is due in next week. But instead I have been browsing my flist and everyone is getting really organised and posting wish lists already, so I thought I would do the same.

1. Bradley James. That is all. Give me Bradley and that is all that I need.

But on the unlikely possibility that you can't actually get me Bradley James, I would love

2. Anything Merlin related, pics, fic, whatever. I'm not fussy, as long as Arthur is in there somewhere ;(

4. Okay, I am really sucky at this, and seriously if anyone can give me one of the first three I will be a very happy person, but getting all schmoopy now, my fourth wish is that all of my flist have a happy holidays.

I'm looking for stories where Rodney knows what needs to be done and does it, even if it is dangerous or people try to talk him out of it. Bonus if he disobeys orders or he doesn't tell anyone in advance because he expects it to kill him.

Also, are there any stories where Rodney does something knowing that it is going to cost him his friends or his place in Atlantis. Something like To Everything There is a Price by Cypher.

I was watching The Daedalus Variations, and suddenly had this urge to know what happened to the original Daedalus crew (Plus SGA1, presumably) after they abandoned ship. How would they survive? Would they blame Rodney? Would they be able to contact earth? etc ect....

So the question is: are there any stories out like that? I like McShep, but gen would be good too.  Thanks in advance.

I'm looking for slash or gen (no het) fics where the Stargate program goes public. But unlike most of the fics I read, I don't want Rodney to be targeted by fundamentalists. I would like to read fics where the crazy people go after John instead.

I'm looking for fic where Rodney goes off with someone else (Jennifer, Katie, some guy, whoever) and then decides to come back to John. And instead of saying yes, John says "no" or maybe "not in a million years because you threw me away and i'm not your toy"...you know, something like that. Or if he does take Rodney back, he makes him work for it & prove he wants him.

Also, I'm in the mood for a good cry, can anyone recommend a fic that made them cry? Especially if you cried because you were touched, but anything you can recommend would be great.

I'm craving some serious McShep h/c and my laptop (with all my bookmarks) is unavailable.

I want more hurt than comfort at the moment; it's not the day for fluff. The best recent example I can think of is Cold Toes by saffronhouse which has John accompanying Rodney to visit his seriously crazy mother, getting a clue into Rodney's childhood, while Rodney also has broken bones etc from a mission gone bad. At the end you think 'Oh my God, at least he has John to help him through it and keep him from wanting to kill himself..." because the implications of his childhood history are so chilling.

*That* -- more please, would be so much appreciated right now.
